They said they were honoured to have Claire sing with them on one of their very first songs entitled Pale Green Eyes at one of their earliest gigs almost 20 years ago at the Spa Hotel in Lucan.
“Years later, it was a privilege and an honour to be asked to sing at Claire’s and Ronan’s wedding ceremony in Kerry,” they added.
The band described how they will treasure a painting one of them received for their 30th birthday, calling her an “incredible artist and portrait painter.”
“Claire was truly one of the best, she lived life to the fullest, was loved by so many, and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the good fortune of knowing her.”
They finished the tribute with a few lines of the song Forever Young by Bob Dylan.
