‘This is what I call a welcome-home party’
RTE star Arthur Gourounlian has shared the heart-melting moment he reunited with his daughters.

The Dancing With The Stars judge and his RTE pal Donal Skehan jetted off to Malta last week to shoot for a new project.

The pair spent a few days exploring the island and kept fans updated on their adventures on Instagram.

After their short trip abroad, they headed back home yesterday – and Arthur was treated to the “cutest” welcome home.

The 45-year-old, who is dad to Blake, three, and one-year-old Blu, posted an adorable video of the moment he arrived home.

In the clip, Blake was beaming as she sang happy birthday to her dad while banging a yogurt pot against a chair for extra effect.

Little Blu quickly joined in and danced along to her sister’s singing before clapping her hands and shouting “hooray”.

In the caption, the proud dad gushed: “Well, now, this is what I call a welcome-home party. Although it’s not my birthday, but you know what they say – it’s all about the thought that counts. Oh, I missed these two rascals so much.”

Fans and friends all flocked to the comment section to share their love for his post.

And last week, Arthur shared the adorable moment his eldest daughter showed her baby sister a girly tradition.

The 45-year-old took to Instagram to reveal that Blake had been teaching her little sister how to walk in heels.

The proud dad posted a heart-warming video of his two daughters during the sweet moment.

In the clip, Blake is seen holding her sister’s hand while Arthur holds the other, guiding her around the house in the heels.

The presenter then captured another clip showing the two girls strutting around outside in their heels together.

He captioned his post: “Well, who knew today would be the day when big sister Blake would teach her little sister Blu how to walk in heels, as they say, practice makes perfect. Blu has succeeded big time.”
